Bakery Supervisor
Some of our Supervisors joined us with a background in food, some didn't. But
they were all good at managing people, developing people and bringing the best
out of people.
From day one, they became part of our bakeries' 24 hour, seven days a week
operation. On hand with a word of advice and to provide some more-structured
coaching; not to mention a comprehensive understanding of all our food safety,
health and safety, hygiene and quality procedures and guidelines. Of course,
working with other departments, there's computer work and administration to
do too.
