retail roles
Our retail careers are more challenging than a lot of people think.
They're physically demanding. But they're also very rewarding. Because
our shops are so busy, there's always something happening. Everyone
pitches in and gets involved in a wide variety of jobs throughout
the day.
We have a number of different roles within our shops, from management
to Team Members. Whatever your job, you'll help provide more than just
excellent customer service. You'll be the friendly face our customers
drop in to see. And you'll be vitally important to everything we do.
So it's no surprise we offer a range of flexible, part time and some
full time shifts to help with your work/life balance. Or that so many
of our retail people have made a career with Greggs, progressing on to
more senior shop roles and far beyond.
Hours
Our retail shifts can be long and physically demanding. Most of the work
in our shops happens between 7am and 5.30pm, with many more shops opening
a variety of longer hours, including late night, bank holidays and on Sunday.
Salary
Your hard work and commitment deserves real recognition. The most important
way we can do this is in the salaries we offer and the progression you can
make. Wherever you join us, you can look forward to both.
