Assistant Manager

When you're as busy as our shops are, you need leadership at every level. Our Assistant Managers are the perfect example. Take this opportunity and you'll support the Shop Manager on everything.

The most important part of this job is creating a happy atmosphere in the shop. A happy atmosphere that delivers the professional, friendly, efficient service that customers come back for time after time. You'll organise, manage and develop your team, making sure your shop offers the very best food, sells a lot of it, and reaches its targets.

This is management at its most practical – so you'll spend a sizeable amount of time rolling your sleeves up, getting involved in food preparation and making sure the shop is clean, hygienic and welcoming at all times.

Supervisors or line managers – ideally with food production experience – fit in perfectly here. You need numeracy skills, basic computer literacy and a flexible approach to working hours. On a personal level, we look for problem-solver who can manage change, communicate with people from all walks of life and focus, non-stop on customers.
